Unable to login to FPGA compute node on DevCloud

I tried to login in S10 node with `devcloud_login` described here: https://github.com/intel/FPGA-Devcloud/tree/master/main/Devcloud_Access_Instructions#52-login-script

 

Got the following error message:

qsub: submit error (Unauthorized Request MSG=group ACL is not satisfied: user u43471@login-2, queue batch)
