Intel SDE not working (assertion_failed: res=TRUE)

Hello,

I've been trying to get this Intel SDE to work for quite some time now, and just as I fixed one problem another popped up. 

E: [tid:7676] SYSCALL_INSPECTOR: NTDLL module is rebased
A: C:\tmp_proj\sde_jenkins\workspace\pypl-sde-nightly-master\GitSDE-master-9.23.0-39-g1c4e8ff06\pin\Source\pin\base_w\ipc_server_windows.cpp: StartServer: 1283: assertion failed: res == TRUE

NO STACK TRACE AVAILABLE

This is the error it gives me when I try to run the SDE even with a simple command such as : sde.exe -- cmd.exe

After this error I can see the task in task manager but it is suspended and doesn't do anything no matter how long I wait.

I don't know what else to try so I hope someone here can help me.

This looks like an old version of Intel SDE.

Please try using the latest version.

Hi there,
The fresh-downloaded SDE version returns the same error with Windows 11 with latest patches.

Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 25H2
Installed on ‎2/‎23/‎2025
OS build 26200.7462
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.275.0

Intel SDE version:
sde-external-9.58.0-2025-06-16-win.tar.xz

Could you please test it and confirm?
Or provide please steps how to run SDE on the latest Win 11?
