Intel® Software Development Emulator release 8.49

On March 19th 2020, we released version 8.49 of the Intel® Software Development Emulator. It is available here: http://www.intel.com/software/sde
 

It adds support for new Intel CPUs, drops the support for unused features, and adds new features and bug fixes.
