Please update Optimization Guide hardcopy version

Last December 14th when I asked for the hardcopy of Intel's Optimization Guide to be updated on lulu.com I was told: "In 2019 there will be some changes to the optimization manual and at that time we will be able to make the hardcopy available once again." Well, Halloween is nearly here, the Optimization Guide was updated last month and posted electronically but the hardcopy version still hasn't been updated! That lulu.com version is over two years old! WILL MY DREAM EVER COME TRUE? Will the hardcopy ever be current on Lulu? I am currently authoring computer languages and use this material frequently. Having to use personally laser printed pages in a three-ring binder is very awkward! Thank you
