announcing reference implementations for AVX approximation instructions

Intel has posted an article containing reference implementations for the approximation instructions in AVX, AVX512F, and AVX512ER. (VRCP14*,  VRSQRT14*, VRCP28*, VRSQRT28*, VEXP2*).
