why the simulation of linear address masking is not working?

My sde version is 2024-01-07 version 9.33.

and the command is "./sde64 -future -lam 1 -- cpuid | grep LAM"

But the output is

LAM: linear address masking = false

May I ask if there was an error in my running command or if the current version does not support LAM? If it is due to version issues, can you provide me with version 8.63 of 2021-01-18, which seems to be a version that supports LAM

The LAM support is present but we failed to update the CPUID info regarding LAM.

We will add it in the next Intel SDE release.

The address masking (of LAM) should work when the LAM knob is set.
