Due to environment constraints, I have to manually install Intel Integrated Performance Primitives, so I need a downloadable package with all of the RPMs, dependencies...etc. The problem is I need intel-oneapi-ipp-devel-32bit-2021.8.0 and the 32-bit mkl libraries and they are not offered. Is there anyway to get this version?

Edit: I am fine with 2021.*, as long as there is 32-bit.
