I have tried to integrate the IPP AAC encoder into my project.
Im using it as part of a streaming solution (where I use the encoder to transcode the audio stream).
While the AAC encoder works fine for me the SBR option add error to the stream - iv tried to decode the stream both with vlc (ffmpeg based) and the IPP AAC decoder for the same resaults.
any ideas?
