Any license fee for using IPP samples (such as H.264 encoder)

We are considering using H.264 encoder and MP4 muxer provided in the ipp sample as part of a product.
Does anyone know whether we have to acquire licenses for using them?

If needed, could you direct us to where we can obtain such licenses?
