C/P error in doc for ResizeYUV422GetBufSize

There is a copy&paste error in documentation for ResizeYUV422GetBufSize in version 7.1.

First line  "Computes the size of the external buffer for the NV12". Should be YUY2 instead of NV12.

There has to be a link to report such errors online. Could you try to do it as well? Note: I used that in the past.
