Decode PCM to g729

Hi
Sory for my bad English...
I need create dynamic library at the Linux.
This function must decode signal from PCM to G729 with using Intel IPP 5.1.
Can anybody tell me step-by-step what I must doing.

I recommend you to start from playing with IPP samples.
