Can IPP decode an MPEG-4 stream?

Hello BR,

The IPP library includes a collection of source code samples that are designed to show how to use the IPP functions in a variety of applications. The UMC (unified media codec) example includes an MPEG4 encoder and decoder.

I found that simple_player can be used to decode an mpeg4 stream.
