I'm using simple_player approach to grab frames from video files. However in MTS video files there is interlacing present in motion regions only. I tried every deinterlacing parameter CodecPipeline::SelectVideoDecoder() function call but results are the same as though no deinterlacing was performed.
Is there any problems with deinterlacing in MTS video files?

Hello,
Could it be possible to provide the stream you are using? We can have a check here.
Btw, the simpleplayer command line to support deinterlacing. Do you have a chance to try with that application:
>simple_player d teststream.
Thanks,
Chao

Hello
Sure, I'm using the same codec pipeline method from simple_player.
This is the link of the video http://rapidshare.com/files/436123265/00003.MTS
I tried it with simple_player also but results were same
