Hi we are using the Intel Integrated Performance Primitives for Windows and use dll files in our software.

Hello Vladimir,
The ECCN is the Export Control Classification Number. This info is required when re-exporting your software code to third countries. Guidlines can be found in 15 CFR Part 774 - The Commerce Control List. See also the U.S. Export Administration Regulation http://www.access.gpo.gov/bis/ear/ear_data.html. An export control employee will be able to answer this request.
I have also posted a web enquiry at www.intel.com(LTK2503708832X) and left a voice mail at your employee Erica Fergusson (+1 408 765 4103) but get absolutely no answer from Intel.
Would you please ensure anyone answers my request.
thanks,
Thomas Etter
