ERROR in building "audio-video-codec" in IPP samples,cannot find the specified path(file).

I have set up the IPPROOT environment variable and installed DirectX 9.0. But the messagestill happen. Can anybody tell me why,Thanks a lot.

Please note that the latest version of IPP is 5.3. Could you try the latest version?
