Intel Priority support gives customers access to older downloads. Customer can access download files of compilers upto last 3 years and other products for last 1 year through IRC

See How do I get an older version of an Intel® Software Development Product?

If you purchased the original product and cannot find the older version in your account, and if you still have an active Priority Support subscription, you may request access to older downloads by opening a support ticket in the Online Service Center.

Generally, it's 1-year or 3-year support service depending on the service that you choose when purchased oneAPI product. For example, purchase link here: - ISP Webstore

Your Priority Support entitlement period (for example, one year) starts the day you purchase it. After 365 days, you cannot enter a new ticket unless you already purchased a pre-expiration renewal.

Renewing your Priority Support subscription preserves your access to previously registered versions, your ticket status history, and existing serial number.

For more information on how to renew, contact an authorized reseller.
