Feature Request: RGBToYCbCr

It would be great to see more variations on the RGBToYCbCr functions (RGB to 4:4:4 YCbCr). Specifically, 709HDTV versions in both packed (C3) and planar (P3) varieties. Also, support for BGRtoYCbCr in each variation would be very helpful to us. A few specific functions that would be great to see:
