Am I understanding correctly that there is no free EDU version of IPP? We have some software that uses a few of IPL's image processing functions, and we would like to convert everything to IPP so that we can also compile our software in Linux. I see there's a free version of IPP for Linux, but not for Windows? Is there any hope or do I have to convince my advisor to blow $200?
Thanks,
Emilio
Thanks,
Emilio

Hi Vladimir,
Thanks for the link. I would like to let you know that the two resellers for the United States listed following that link are pretty sad. The "Programmer's Paradise" website is half-broken, and they don't list a single-license version of IPP. "Custom Solutions" has no secure credit card transactions.
I guess I'll have to order by phone, but in this day and age, this is quite disappointing. I wish I could buy it directly from you.
Just a comment, really. Thanks again for the link.
