H.263 codec support required!!

Hello Intel,

Currently, we are trying to develop an H263(1996) enabled soft phone.

To realise this we are using your esteemed product intel IPP codec libraries.

This soft phone is expected to comply to H.323 standard. For this we are facing a problem in implementing Flow Control Command and Video Fast Update commands of H.323 standard.They require changing bit rate of the H263 Video encoder dynamically and generating an Intra-Frame(I-Frame) upon request.

Can you guide me in ways to generate an I-Frame dynamically and also how to change the configurations of H263VideoEncoder dynamically?

An early help would highly be appreciated...
