H.264 Baseline Profile Capabilities

Pardon my asking the following questions from abject ignorance, but does the H.264 baseline profile support monochrome (as in 256 shades of a gray)? Or interlace? If baseline profile does not, does any profile that IPP H.264 implements support monochrome and/or interlace? Thanks.

Hello,

Interlace supported in main profile

Gray supported in high profile

IPP H.264 encoder and decoder support both.
