Hi all, I'm new to H.264 and IPP, does anyone can tell me how split the encoded frame for RTP and how to rebuild it on another side ?

I can also suggest you to use RTP.NET, they have a simple packetizer that takes a NAL (from encoder) and create packets for RTP streaming.
There are enough other libraries in different languages that do the same.
This is more trivial.
