How to Fix CPU Performance Drops During Normal Usage

Hi Intel Community

I’m experiencing performance drops on my system and would like some help understanding the cause.

Issue:
My CPU performance suddenly decreases during normal tasks, even when system load is not very high.

Symptoms:

Lag while multitasking
Slow response in applications
Occasional CPU throttling

What I’ve tried:

Restarting the system
Checking background processes
Updating drivers and Windows

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to fix or diagnose this issue.
