How to download crypto lib and samples for ipp 5.1 (winodws)

I tried several times to obtain the software via the webpage
I already verified that i registered the product correct and requesteded the library via the web form.
Is this still part of intel IPP ?
Do i need toask more info via premier support or is this the place to getit ?
