How to get NAL Uint from H.264 encoded video stream

Hello,

Ihave developed aWebConference project( Desktop sharing)with H.264 encoding and decoding usingIntel IPP API in C++, Now I am embedding H.264 encoded stream into FLV header base file ( Adobe Flash ).

So, I want know that, get the NAL Unit from H.264 encoded stream.

1) What is NAL Unit size in H.264 encoded stream?
Answer: 1 Byte , Is'nt it ?

2) What is represent PPS and SPS ?
