How to set IPP4.1 mpeg4 encode sample to CBR model?

I can't find any IPP 4.1 mpeg4 encode bitstream setting in stefan.par.How to set it?

Hi,
currently our MPEG4 encoder sample do not support CBR, we are working on this functionality.
