How to synchronize the mic signal and loudspeaker signal?

Hi,All,
I am using IPP AEC on win32 platform. But I have coflicted a problem: I could not synchronize the two signals in one sound card. Provided two sound cards, i could get them synchronized. But how do it for one sound card?
Does IPP AEC has no functionality for nonsynchronized mic and loudspeaker signals? My Email is ckycn@hotmail.com, please contact me.
