IPP 4.1 support for RH7.3

Got a customer with problems on smp computer running RH 7.3. Note, I cannot confirm that IPP is a problem or not. I notice that RH 7.3 is not listed as a supported OS at http://www.intel.com/software/products/ipp/relnotes_linux.pdf

Cannot cleanly shutdown after application usage. Most other customers also running RH 7.3 and same application, no problems.

Question: Is IPP 4.1 supported for RH 7.3? Application is built with ABI glibc 2.2.4-26 and gcc 2.96-108.1.

If Red Hat v 7.3 is not listed in supported OS it means we did not test IPP on it
