IPP: prices and licenses

I see that the IPP price is $199 (license and libraries).

Can I use the examples source code for free?

Do I need to pay for license if I want to run VOCODERS from Speech coding examples in my commercial application?

The example source code is for your reference.
If you need to use some code from our sample code in your commercial application, then you need to purchase the Intel IPP commercial release which costs $199 dollors.
