Intel IPP audio normalization

Does Intel IPP support audio normalization? where Audio normalization is the process of increasing (or decreasing) the amplitude of an audio signal. Does IPP package comes with sample codes for this?

In the feature list of the IPP V6 Samples there is an item titled: Acoustic Gain and Level Control support. Maybe this is what you are looking for.
