Hi,
I got to know from this forum that development and distribution of previous generation of Image Processing library has been stopped and is replaced with Integrated Performance Primitives, IPP. But, since our project is using some of Intel Image Processing Libraries, 2.5.2.82 and we are doing study on used library's compatibilities with Microsoft Vista, Ihavesome questions:
1)Are IPL binaries of Windows XP are compatible to Windows Vista operating systems?
2) Do we need to have seperate License agreement for providing support of IPL binaries under vista OS?
3) Is IPL compatible with Visual Studio 2005 (VC 8.0)?
I am not able to get any information through Intel's phone-support.
Any help will be appreciated.
Regards,
Latif

Latif,
the old Intel Image Processing library is not supported anymore. The development was stopped about 8 years ago. To simplify your migration from IPL API to IPP API we do provide an example of implementation IPL library based on IPP, see IPP image-processing sample.

Vladimir
