Intel Performance Primitives and uClibc

I have an embedded app with very little space that would like to use the IPP. The problem is we don't have room for the GNU C Library and are using uClibc. IPP is supplied in binary form and linked against glibc so it isn't compatible with our target.

We are tied to a Pentium-M processor so multiple CPU support at runtime is not an issue.

The documentation talks about a static version of the libraries but our evaluation does not have those static library files present. I have read some information from uClibc people who have had varying levels of success with IPP and uClibc by using the static version.

Is there any way to receive a version of IPP that is compiled and linked against uclibc?

Ganesan,

Did you have a chance to check with the static libraries?  Any problem do you get?

Thanks,
Chao
