I have the following questions on the constant bit rate option (Rate control = 2)
1- Should the result bit rate file be as my input bit rate? Because when I calculated the real bit rate (for the Result file), I found that there is much difference between the input bit rate and the result file bit rate (The result is smaller so the quality is bad). For example, I set a bit rate 120000 and the result was ~= 50000.
2- I am calculating the result bit rate as following: FileSize/FileDuration. Is this right?.
