MPEG2 decoder sample doesnt work in Runtime environment

Hi,
I recently built the MPEG2 decoder(multi threaded) sample and tried to run the exe on a fresh machine(Win XP) with no developer environment or IPP installed. I onlyran the IPP runtime installer from ippia32_itanium ools untime as specified on one of your helppages, prior to running the app. The app runs, showsprogressing frame count on the status bar,but displays a static green frame when an appropriate MPEG1 or MPEG 2 file is loaded and played. Ofcourse it runs fine on the machine(Win XP again) I built the sample on. Can you see some step missing? Whats the way out otherwise.
