Merge Module (MSM) for IPP ?

Is there a MSI Merge Module available for IPP41 (or IPP50)?

OR

Is there a way to do what is described in the "Intel Integrated Performance Primitives" on page 15 - use the RTI package to install to a specified directory?

I really like keeping all my DLLs for my application in the application's directory. I've found this to be the best way to avoid "DLL Hell". But I can't figure out how to do this with IPP41's RTI package.
