Please open Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management application for details.  

 

I got this message for both HP desktop including the new one I just got. both are the same desktop.  So what does that mean and what do I need to do?

This is, as the text identifies, a warning that a S.M.A.R.T. event has been detected. These events identify that the storage device has predicted its imminent failure. The purpose of these warnings is to provide you with an opportunity to transfer all important files off of this storage device before it fails completely.
