Mpeg-4 decoder with splitter

Hi all,

I am developing an mpeg-4 video decoder as a separate project using Intel IPP. In this decoder i am using mp4splitter to separate Audio and video. But actually i don't need splitter because my video don't support audio in it. With this MP4splitter function the project exits because the video doesn't have"MOOV" header(mpeg4 video format doesn't support "MOOV" in header ).
I want to disable splitter function because my stream doesn't contain any audio, it is an pure mpeg4 video and doesn't have any container.
Please can you suggest me anything on this.
