New location for high level compatible data compression library in IPP 7.0

Hi,

In IPP 7.0 Beta package data compression sample code location has changed.

1. ipp_zlib, ipp_bzip2, ipp_gzip (source code and prebuilt libraries) moved from sample package/directory to main IPP package to a new folder interfaces. No more additional download/install :)

2. The ipp_compress sample is remained in sample package.

Just i started using IPP zlib functions; please share your feedback about usage and performance of ipp datacompression functions on intel latest architecture.
