Otsu Thresholding Method and IPP

Hi,

As you may know OpenCV contains the Otsu Thresholding method which is one of the best and commonly used thresholding methods. But I am wondering why IPP doesn't have such a popular function? Anyway, do you know any way to implement this method by using current IPP functions? Thanks

please note that you can submit your feature request to Intel Premier Support, where it will be revised at next IPP version planning stage
