Problems with download links for Cryptography for Intel Integrated Performance Primitives for Windows

The download links forCryptography Add-on for IPP 7.0.5 and Composer XE 2011 for PX (32-bit) and MX (64-bit)andCryptography Samples for Windowson this page:https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/Download.aspx?productid=1490 are not working. The links point to zip files, but clicking on them to download or right clicking to "save as" results in redirection to another page which results in a circular loop. There is no apparent way to download the files even after you have registered. This has been verified with both IE9 and Chrome browsers.
