The online documentation for IPP is inefficient and broken.
Broken:
Clicking on “Rate us” makes a window that is obscured by the bottom navbar layer. It is impossible or very impractical to use this feedback form. (Latest Chrome)

Inefficient:
The animations on the side contents navigation tree are slow. No animations are necessary. Please remove them.
Pages are slow to load and therefore navigating different pages is very slow. Compare for example https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/91qZb/https://software.intel.com/en-us/ipp-dev-reference-add-1 , 1.3MB, prints as 6 messy pages vs https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/TPhbg/https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/?java/util/Collections.html ,400 kB, prints 42 pages.
The table of contents sidebar is not visible at resolutions of an average vertical office monitor (1680 x 1050). There is a lot of padding and no table of contents.

Advantage the web documentation has over PDF: Multiple pages open at once in tabs.
I have an offline archive of 2011 documentation and it is much more usable.

The rate us button is still broken. Screenshot from https://software.intel.com/en-us/ipp-dev-reference-fast-fourier-transform-functions though IPP page does not matter.

I am still frustrated with how slow pages load and how poor navigation works. I no longer use my monitor in portrait mode largely because of intel documentation.

Messed up html layers

p.s. What's with browser spell check not working with your forum text box (as rich-text).

A year and a half later this is still broken. It shows that that feedback service is really valued.

I tried to load the same page on Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. It loads and works without any issue. What browser are you using? We can verify if the issue is for any specific browser.
