UMC MPEG-2 Reverse playback

Hi,

Does the MPEG-2 codec support reverse playback?

I've noticed that the MPEG-2 Splitter seems to have methods to enable reverse playback. However, I am unsure if these methods actually work.

There is a splitter SetRate() call that allows for a negative rate and spawns a SplitterReverseThreadProc when Run() is called. However, the AVSync never uses the SetRate() call.

this support was not provided in IPP v5.0 sample.
