Using IPP for Speech Recognition on PCA

I want to build an application for speech recognition using IPP to my iPaq. It has a PXA250.

Can anybody help me?

In the current version of IPP, there is no speech recognition domain supported for Intel PCA processors. The following table provides the IPP domains we support among Intel various Processors:
