Where is SocketReader?

In the umc_manul, it said that SocketReader and FileReader is derived from DataReader. But I don't see SocketReader in media/io and other places.
Where is it or is it not included in this version?

SocketReader was not included into IPP v5.0 media sample.

No, there is no plan to implement this functionality in the nearest releases
