down sampling

Hello, I have a problem. I must realize a DCT domain down-sampling. I Think there are a function in the intel ipp library which realize this function. Please contact me if you have already work on this subject. Thank you for your help.

we do have plan to implement such functionality in the next version of IPP, but we do not have specific date for that yet.
