hi,
I am trying to develop h.264 software codec for HD video.I know how to design the constituent individual modules of that codec ,but when it comes to design according to the standard im facing hard times understanding those H.264 draft clauses and variables..can any one give me some simpler way to design a STANDARD CODEC with simpler structure.i might not need all those features mentioned in the draft .I need some good initiative steps..
