how many profiles and levels had mpeg2 codec supported ?

in particular ,does it support 422P@ML , 422MP@HL (for digital television ) ?

Hi,

mpeg2 encoder currently support only 420, but mpeg2 decoder supports 422 and 444 without limitation in profile/level.

Do you mean , mpeg2 decoder in IPP samples can decode
all profiles/levels with 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 ?
And , can it decode Mpeg2-ts format ?

Yes, we support Simple, Main and High profiles excluding Dual Prime MC, SNR and Spatial features.
