what difference in the performance of ipp could be obtained if it is used with openmp for an image processing application?
and what is the difference between ipp with openmp and ipp without openmp with respect to image processing?

Hello,

obviously, for the best cases you will get performance speedup proportional to the number of cores available on your system.
