ippiLabelMarkers for 3D labeling

Hi,

I have an image cube (dimension: 200 x 200 x 500).I did theslice labelingfor each slice usingippiLabelMarkers. Now all the connected pixel sets have a unique label starting from 1 for all the slices.

My questions are:

How do Iaccess each connected set in every slice to decide the size of it (number of pixels)?

How do Idecide if the slice objects from different slices are actually belonged to one 3D object?
