ippiMotionEstimation_16x16-MPEG4 - how to use them?

Any one have a code examples on MPEG4 motion estimation using
the above function? I noticed that the MPEG4 example doesn't use it.

yes, we do not use this function in our example, but you can refer to IPP documentation to see details about using it.
