"Error at loading of ippSP library" error on EMT64 Window 2003 64 Edition (IPP 4.1)

The dialog contains the error message:

"No DLLs were found in the Waterfall procedure".

I did a little research on this message and found a document in the support section that suggested four different solutions to make sure the application has access to the IPP DLL's. I tried each solution, including copying all of the DLL's to the application dir, with no success. Here is the directory listing of DLL's

Hi,

Please remember, that cpu-specific DLL for IPP before v5.0 should be located at ipp20 subfolder. In other words, IPP dispatcher looks for ipp20 subfolder when trying to find the appropriate cpu-specific DLL. I recommend you to read IPP technical information from the main IPP page, for example, article Linking with Intel IPP. It also useful to take a look on IPP FAQ, it is availablefrom Technical Support Resources link.
